WIP: Bell P 39 Airacobra Academy 1/72 Parte 2

Vamos seguindo com a montagem do Airacobra, escolhendo a pintura que vamos usar nesse modelo, usando os decais do próprio kit. Eles representam o avião do Major Fedorovich Vyacheslav SIROTIN, que passou por todas as batalhas desde o início da Grande Guerra Patriótica e em 1944 chegou ao posto de comandante do 17 IAP na primeira frente do Báltico.

Major Sirotin acabou com 26 vitórias no final das hostilidades contra a Alemanha. Em agosto ele ainda participa com sua unidade equipada com P63 Kingcobra nas operações contra o Japão.
Ele permanece na força aérea soviética após a guerra e acaba falecendo em 7 de agosto de 1948 em um acidente de vôo.
Major Sirotin finished  with 26 victories at the end of the hostilities against Germany. In August it still participates with its unit equipped with P63 Kingcobra in operations against Japan.
He remains in the Soviet air force after the war and ends up dying on August 7, 1948 in a flight accident.

Também finalizei o cockpit, embora precise ainda alguns retoques para ficar ok para fechar o canopi.
