WIP: Boeing B 17F Flying Fortress 1/72 Parte 4

Os trabalhos na B-17F não pararam! Deram uma desacelerada, mas aos poucos vamos concluindo a parte interna do kit.
Depois de trabalhar no detalhamento da parte interna, onde procurei melhorar um pouco as áreas mais visíveis do kit passamos para pintura e weathering.
Work on the B-17F has not stopped! They slowed down, but gradually we were finishing the interior of the kit.
After working on the detailing of the inner part, where I tried to improve a little the most visible areas of the kit I moved to painting and weathering.

A cor que utilizei nessa parte é a Humbrol 266 Interior Green, protegida com uma camada de verniz acrílico e wash feito com Panel Line Wash da AMMO.
The color that I used for the interior is Humbrol 266, covered with a layer of acrylic varnish and wash done with Panel Line from AMMO.

Falando no verniz, fiz uma experiência com o verniz fosco Acrilex, mas não gostei nada do mesmo, que tem cobertura ruim e é incompatível com os produtos da AMMO.
Regarding the varnish, I tried the Acrilex one (a Brazilian artistic products brand), but the result was bad and did not went well with AMMO products.

Na metade trazeira da fuselagem usei a cor Revell 99 Alumínio, com wash com tinta acrílica e drybrush com acrílica também.
The last half of the fuselage I used Revell 99 Aluminum, with acrylic wash and drybrush.

Alguns detalhes foram adicionados (caixas de munições, rádios, tanques de oxigênio, extintores, fios etc) e pintados com tinta acrílica AMMO. 
Some details was added like munition boxes, radios boxes, o2 bottles, wires etc... All painted with AMMO acrylics.

Também substitui os assentos do compartimento do navegador e bombardeador, visto que os que vem com o kit estão muito distantes dos reais.

I also changed the navigators and bomber seats, as the original ones was too far from the real ones.

Usei o produto Fresh Engine Oil da AMMO para o weathering da parte interna dos trens de pouso e outros locais sujeitos a esse tipo de sujeira.
For the weathering in the landing gear bay and other inner parts I used Fresh Engine Oil from AMMO.

A minha ideia era agora fechar a fuselagem, terminar alguns furos das asas e partir para pintura. Mas ví que terei ainda algum trabalho com a torreta inferior que precisa de muita lixa e polimento. Aliás, um dos problemas deste kit é que não é possível colar as torretas e o trem de pouso depois de se montar a fuselagem e as asas, pela dificuldade do acesso. Em breve mais novidades!
So, my idea now was glue the fuselage and finish some opennings in the wing and start painting it. But, I saw that I will have some work to do in the inner turret and other minor corrections. By the way one thing with this kit is that is impossible to put the turrets and landing gear after you finish all the paint job. Soon more news!
