Hamleys London!
Olá pessoal! Hello!
Estive na Inglaterra recentemente e claro fui atrás de lojas de plastimodelismo, afinal o país é a casa do IPMS e da Hannants. Mas, infelizmente, nos dias que estive por lá a Hannants estava fechada! Então a solução é buscar outro lugar para garimpar alguns kits e a minha sugestão é a Hamleys, que na verdade é uma loja de brinquedos mas fiquei sabendo que tinha uma secção de hobbies.
I have been in England recently and of course looked for hobby shops, after all the country is the home of IPMS and Hannants. But unfortunately, that days that I was there Hannants store were closed! So, the solution was to get another place to find some kits and one suggestion is Hamleys, which is actually a toy store but I knew it had a hobby section.
No quarto andar da loja, que é muito legal, mesmo para adultos tem uma área com vários kits da linha da Airfix, assim como algumas ferramentas e tintas.
On the fourth floor of the store, which is really cool even for adults, has an area with several kits of the Airfix line, as well as some tools and paints.
Uma interessante secção de ferromodelismo está bem ao lado, com bastante coisa da Hornby.
An interesting section of train models is right next the kits, with plenty of Hornby's models.
Por fim, essa loja da Hamleys que fica bem no centro de Londres, valeu a visita, embora não tenha muita variedade. Ele é bem fácil e conveniente para quem visita a cidade, fica na Rengent Street 188-196. Para chegar lá é só pegar o metrô até a estação Oxford Circus e caminhar cerca de duas quadras.
Finally, Hamleys shop is right at downtown London and was worth to visit, although it does not have much variety. It is very easy and convenient for anyone visiting the city, it is located at Rengent Street 188-196. To get there, just take the subway to Oxford Circus station and walk about two blocks.
Não pude ir até a Hannants, mas no Museu da RAF eu estive! Aguarde o post deste dia fantátisco!
I could not go to the Hannants store, but at the RAF Museum I've been! Wait for the post of this fantastic day!
