VIDEO: Consolidated B-24 Liberator kits

Gosto muito da B-17 Flying Fortress, mas os B-24 Liberators também tem seu charme! Inclusive foram construídos em maior quantidade que a B-17.

Tenho vontade de montar a versão de patrulha marítima, PB4Y-1 que foi usada no nordeste brasileiro durante a II GM. 

I really like the Flying Fortress B-17, but the B-24 Liberators also has its charm! They were even built in greater quantity than the B-17.

I want to assemble the marine patrol version, PB4Y-1 that was used in northeastern Brazil during II WW.

Em termos de kit na minha escala (1/72) tem várias opções, desde o antigo kit da Revell dos anos 60 até os mais novos Academy e os Hasegawa. Inclusive, esses últimos, são os melhores na escala tendo sido reembalados pela Eduard faz pouco tempo. 

In terms of kit on my scale (1/72) you have several options, from the old Revell kit from the 60s to the newest Academy and the Hasegawa. In fact, the latter are the best on the scale and were recently repackaged by Eduard.

Ainda tem um clássio kit da Matchbox da versão com cauda tradicional desse mesmo avião, o Privateer.

There is also a classic Matchbox kit of the version with the traditional tail of that same plane, the Privateer.

Na 1/48 tem o clássico da Monogram do final dos anos 70 que foi reembalado por Revell/Hasegawa e outros. E recentemente a Hobbyboss lançou na escala 1/32, com mais de 1 metro de envergadura!

In 1/48 scale there is the classic Monogram kit from the late 70s that was repackaged by Revell / Hasegawa and others. And recently Hobbyboss launched it on the 1/32 scale, with more than 1m of wingspan!
