WIP: Vinheta "Village House" 1/72 Scratch build - Parte 3

Olá amigos! Hello friends!

Voltamos com a penúltima parte da vinheta na escala 1/72. Escolhi duas raízes de Guanxuma/Vassoura (Sida L.) para fazer as nossas árvores em uma escala próxima ao que estamos usando na vinheta. O processo é bem simples, já que as raízes estão secas, basta retirar os galhos indesejados e pintar o caule. Neste caso,usei um tom de cinza que para a escala fica mais convincente.
We returned with the another part of the vignette in the 1/72 scale. I chose two roots of Guanxuma/ Broom (Sida L.) plant to make our trees on a scale close to what we are using on the vignette. The process is very simple, since the roots are dry, just remove the unwanted branches and paint the stem. In this case I used a shade of gray which for this scale, this color is more convincing.

Depois da pintura, o próximo passo é colar a "Barba de pau" (Usnea Barbata)*, na ponta dos galhos da nossa pequena árvore. Eles simularão os troncos mais finos e sustentarão as folhas. Esse processo é bem lento e trabalhoso, mas no final compensa. 

* Esse líquen pode ser que encontrado preso em troncos de árvores.

After painting, the next step is to glue the "Woodbeam" (Usnea Barbata)*, at the tip of the branches of our small tree. They will simulate the thinner trunks and hold the leaves. This process is very slow and laborious, but in the end it pays off.

*This lichen can be found stuck in tree trunks.

Por sua vez, as folhas foram feitas de espuma de poliéster triturada e tingidas com tinta acrílica diluída em água e cola branca (PVA). Depois de seco, basta colar os flocos de espuma sobre o líquen. 

The leaves were made of crushed polyester foam and dyed with acrylic paint diluted with water and white glue (PVA). Once dry, simply glue the foam flakes onto the lichen.

O resultado é bem convincente para a escala, e creio que para escalas maiores seria necessário tentar o uso de outro material para as folhas. Agora só falta escurecer um pouco a base das folhas com um tom mais escuro de verde e estará pronto!
The result is quite convincing for the scale, and I believe that for larger scales it would be necessary to attempt the use of other material for the leaves. Now it is only necessary to darken the base of the leaves a little and it will be ready!

Seguindo com o restante da vinheta, a pintura dos tijolos foi finalizada, wheatering das paredes, washes e tudo mais...
Following with the rest of the vigmette, the painting of the bricks was finished, wheatering the walls, washes and everything else...

Nos fundos também usei a mesma técnica da árvore, mas sem usar as raízes, para fazer um pequeno arbusto.
In the back I also used the same technique of the tree, but without using the roots, to make a small bush.

Agora é colar a árvore no lugar, "plantar" uma grama aqui e alí e terminar a vinheta!

Now is just paste the tree in place, "plant" a grass here and there and finish the vignette!
